EQ Bands Bundle

The EQ Bands have been made and developed for complete functional training on and off the horse. With ten small loops and two larger loops sewn in, they can be used in a mutitide of very simplistic but incredibly effective ways.

• x1 Washable Shoulder Bag to hold all your bands and multi anchor (and any other kit you can fit in there too).

Simply stick your bands back in the bag and give them a wash if they get too dirty!

On the horse:
Both body bands can be used from opposing shoulder to ankle, or one band can be used purely on the riders weaker leg side to opposing shoulder.

The grey or orange band mini band, can be used around the wrists, dependent on rider strength and endurance.

Off the horse:
The body bands come with a multi anchor, so wherever you are-- yard, show, or home-- as long as your have one solid area to place the multi anchor, you can use the bands. As the band was developed by Dee So'oialo, a leading rider and equine soft tissue and performance specialist, with one of the top priorities being not only addressing the issue of riders not being able to feel what coaches were telling them, but for riders to to understand how to activate muscles easily before riding and workout anywhere, anytime.

All three mini bands can be used off the horse, and we recommend working up the resistance levels from grey, orange to blue, dependent on muscular strength and endurance and which exercise.
